The Role: CommercialEyes is a seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to join their dynamic team. This full-time, permanent position reports to the Country Managing Director and is pivotal in driving business growth. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading strategic prospecting initiatives to target high-value clients and markets.
  • Developing and executing comprehensive business development plans.
  • Driving participation in bid defences, negotiations, and marketing material development.
  • Creating innovative sales programs and managing sales targets and pricing strategies.
  • Collaborating with marketing to enhance brand presence and lead generation.

About You: You are an experienced Senior Business Development Manager with a proven track record in the life sciences market, particularly within pharmaceutical companies. You excel in managing complex projects, have strong market analysis and negotiation skills, and are proficient in CRM tools and document management systems.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in business, marketing, or a related field (post-graduate qualifications preferred).
  • Solid experience in business development, sales, or strategic account management.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
