Main areas
Filter Products :
- Consumables : Sterile critical process filtration including Capsules, Cartridges, Depth filters, Membranes, Pleated, UF modules, Sheets & Lenticular. Product validation guides and technical data sheets available.
- Applications : Process Filtration – prefiltration, sterile filtration in varying membrane and configurations (capsules, cartridges, pre sterilised/single use) with integrity test data. Utilities filtration – Purified Water (endotoxin reduction), Air & Gas, Steam, vent applications.
- Hardware : Filter Housings standard and customised, full documentation quality packs available, e.g. welds, surface finish, materials, etc.
- Single Use : Custom bag & tubing manifold assemblies for mixing, sterile filtration/storage, final fill.
- Other : Integrity Testing Units, Automated Filtration Systems (AFS), Off site integrity testing services where needed.
Systems :
- Purified Water Generation (PWG = UF/RO/EDI), High Purity Water (HPW), Water for Injection (WFI) & Pure Steam Generation (PSG). Storage & Distribution systems, fully automated, GMP compliant and GAMP including ozone sanitisation and inline TOC.
- Bespoke design, fabrication, installation and commissioning of water treatment and filtration systems, including turnkey installations.
Servicing : Service engineers to offer ongoing maintenance and support to existing or new systems across Australia.
We have a choice of overseas manufacturers/suppliers to drawn on as well sovereign manufacturing capabilities in products (e.g Single Use Sterile, transfer & filling sets) so are well placed to support our partners during ongoing supply challenges.
