Intellectual Property Audit and Review Questionnaire – When did your business last do an IP audit?

Regular audits and reviews of intellectual property (IP) can assist a business to identify gaps in their system for the protection of IP and to take steps to remedy these gaps.
Ideally, IP audits should be undertaken by an intellectual property expert. But there are some preliminary questions that a business should consider to prepare for and assist with this process.
