IDT Receives Victorian Manufacturing Hall of Fame Award for Medical Technologies and Pharmaceuticals

Recognition of excellence in Victorian Advanced Manufacturing

10 May 2017, Melbourne: Australian pharmaceutical manufacturing and drug development company IDT Australia Limited (ASX: IDT) has received a Victorian Manufacturing Hall of Fame award in the High Growth Sector of Medical Technologies and Pharmaceuticals. The award recognises outstanding achievements by Victorian businesses which uphold a high standard of excellence in Victorian manufacturing. IDT’s Boronia based facility specialises in the manufacturing of difficult and dangerous to manufacture drugs, such as highly potent and cytotoxic medicines.

In receiving this award, IDT’s chair Graeme Kaufman said “We are honoured to receive this award from the Minister of Industry and Employment, The Hon. Wade Noonan MP. The Victorian Government has been and continues to be a strong supporter of IDT Australia’s efforts to develop and grow our advanced pharmaceutical manufacturing business.”
