Hany Massarany, a renowned leader in the global diagnostics industry, is joining the Planet Innovation Board as a non-executive director.
Hany brings more than 25 years of healthcare, life sciences and diagnostics experience, most recently as President and Chief Executive Officer of GenMark Diagnostics (NASDAQ: GNMK) from 2011 to 2020.
Prior to joining GenMark, Hany was at Ventana Medical Systems (a member of the Roche Group) from 1999 to 2009, where he held various global leadership positions, including President of Ventana Medical Systems and Head of Roche Tissue Diagnostics.
Hany has also held executive management positions with Bayer Diagnostics and Chiron Diagnostics, working in Asia Pacific and the United States.
