About the Event

STC and BioMelbourne Network, on behalf of the State Government of Victoria, are leading a major Medtech Mission to the United States in early October 2015,

We are currently seeking Expressions of Interest from Victorian medical technology companies, including medical devices, diagnostics and digital health, to participate in the Mission, which will include the AdvaMed 2015 Conference in San Diego, CA (4-7 October) with an additional itinerary in Minneapolis, MN one of the fastest growing medtech cities in the US (8-10 Oct).

The mission aims to support promising companies to make new B2B connections, engage with US medtech sector leaders and peak bodies, and grow market and investor readiness.

Who should go?
Companies with an interest in the US medical device sector looking for investment, strategic partnerships, licensing deals, service providers, business expansion, market entry and international networking opportunities. You will gain a deeper knowledge of the US MedTech market, insight into capital raising in the US and a greater understanding of partnering products and technologies with US companies. Experience the US medtech scene first hand and increase your connections, guided by the experienced mission leaders who will be on-hand to help you achieve your mission objectives.

BioMelbourne Network, STC Australia and the Victorian State Government will host a trade pavilion at the AdvaMed 2015 conference, and coordinate a comprehensive mission program of networking events, B2B meeting opportunities and site visits to meet the needs and interests of participating companies.

The value of the mission is our ability to facilitate introductions, create connections and opportunities to help you achieve your goals in the US.
