2022 BioMelbourne Network Annual General Meeting and Networking Event

We invite colleagues from our member organisations to attend the 2022 BioMelbourne Network Annual General Meeting and Networking Event on Thursday 17 November. For our guests attending in person, the AGM will provide an opportunity to hear from our guest speaker, Shelley Jackson, Director, Australian Medtech Manufacturing Centre, Department of Jobs, Precincts and Regions.

Please follow the appropriate registration instructions below.

We look forward to seeing you on Thursday 17 November to reflect on the achievements of the previous year and explore our plans for the future.

AGM details
Date: Thursday 17 November 2022
Time:
In person registration: 3:45 pm for a 4:00 pm sharp start to the Annual General Meeting, followed by Networking Event until 6:15 pm
Online registration: 4:00pm to approx. 4:45pm
Format:
Online – Delivered via Teams, a link will be provided via the final confirmation email.
In Person – KPMG, Tower Two, Collins Square, Level 36, 727 Collins Street, Docklands Vic 3000
Order of proceedings:
4:00 – 4:45 pm: Formal AGM proceedings (in person and online)
4:45 – 6:15 pm: Guest speaker and networking (in person only)

Nominated Voting Member (Main Member Contacts only):

All Other Members:
As a non-voting member, you can opt to attend the AGM (online) by registering your attendance below prior to 5pm on 16 November 2022.

Shelley Jackson - Director, Australian Medtech Manufacturing Centre, Department of Jobs, Precincts and Regions

Shelley is the Director of the Australian Medtech Manufacturing Centre (AMMC) a $20 million Victorian Government initiative that will support the growth of medtech manufacturing in Victoria. The AMMC is operating as a unit within the Department of Jobs, Precincts and Regions working with government and industry partners to deliver targeted programs to support the growth of the sector, leveraging government as a customer.

Previously Shelley led the International Health team with the Australian Trade and Investment
Commission with responsibility for global trade and investment promotion of Australia’s health and
medtech sectors. She has held multiple leadership roles with Austrade in including as Assistant General Manager for Health, Digital Technologies and Landing Pads, State Director and as Trade Commissioner Austrade San Francisco and New York.
