Founded by experienced industry professionals, you will be joining an international team that brings proven success in the delivery of revolutionary drugs. Working with leading academic and commercial drug discovery and development partners, they are delivering first-in-class clinical candidates against strongly validated targets.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Clinical Operations Lead based in Melbourne, you will support the management of clinical trials from start-up through to close out, liaising with a range of key stakeholders. Your remit will require you to work independently and proactively within a cross-functional global study team and assist to coordinate clinical trial activities for current and future trials. This will include:

  • Working cross-functionally with internal teams and external vendors and assisting the wider team with any activities which support trial management.
  • Maintaining accurate and complete trial documentation, including submission of essential documents to trial master files.
  • Coordinate internal Sponsor data reviews including following up on resolution of QC findings.
  • Support the review coordination of clinical documents (i.e. Protocol, IB, ICFs and study manuals).
  • Maintaining a good working knowledge of, and ensure compliance with, applicable ICH-GCP Guidelines, international and local regulations, SOPs, other training requirements, and study specific procedures and training.

The Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or healthcare-related discipline/field.
  • Demonstrated experience working to support, manage, or execute clinical trial activities.
  • Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team and contribute to successful, high-quality research outcomes.
  • High level of attention to detail and willingness to learn as part of a small team.
