Andrew is a senior Australian public servant and author, with extensive experience working for Australian and State governments.
He is currently City Economist and Director of Economic Development and International at the City of Melbourne and was previously Director of Innovation at the Victorian Government Department of Jobs, Precincts and Regions.
Andrew has degrees in politics, law, economics and public policy, and is a graduate of the Senior Executive Fellows program at Harvard Kennedy School. He is a Victorian Fellow of the Institute of Public Administration Australia and a Graduate Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Andrew is the author of “Solved! How other countries have cracked the world’s biggest problems (and we can too)” (2020) and “Recovery. How we can create a better, brighter future after a crisis” (2021).
