The Board of Directors of BioMelbourne Network is delighted to announce the appointment of Jeff Malone as Chief Executive Officer, effective 13th July 2020. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from St Louis University, USA and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Jeff has deep experience working across the business spectrum including R&D, new product design and development, market analysis and business development. He is an innovator and brings substantial business experience in a range of fields including advanced manufacturing, notably in MedTech, a key strategic growth area for Victoria.
With more than 30 years’ experience in transformational operations management across Australia, USA, China, Indonesia, and South America, Jeff has an extensive national and international network in the medical technology ecosystem. He has been involved in developing and mentoring entrepreneurs around the world through contact with universities, accelerators and incubators, and government-led research organisations.
With genuine passion for bioscience and healthcare, we know that Jeff will assist the sector to harness opportunities for future growth and continue the work and growth of BioMelbourne Network in the Victorian healthcare ecosystem.
