BioForum – The smart health revolution: Rewiring care pathways

July 30 @ 4:00 pm - 6:30 pm AEST

Delivered by BioMelbourne Network and supported by the Victorian Government, this upcoming BioForum will explore how emerging technologies are reshaping the way we approach healthcare – from early detection and diagnosis to treatment and long-term care.

Advancements in wearables, biosensors, digital diagnostics, and data integration are enabling a shift from reactive to preventative and personalised healthcare. At the same time, these innovations raise complex questions around implementation, regulation, data governance, equity, and clinical adoption.

This BioForum will investigate how Australia can harness these developments to support system sustainability, empower patients, and drive global competitiveness in digital health innovation.

This event will bring together thought leaders and experts from across technology, clinical care, and policy to explore the potential and challenges of integrating connected health solutions into mainstream care pathways.

Attendees will have the opportunity to engage directly with panellists during an interactive discussion, followed by an hour of networking to continue the conversation and forge valuable connections.

This is a hybrid event, with both in-person and online attendance options available.

The event is delivered by BioMelbourne Network and supported by the Victorian Government,
