Bellum is an early stage start-up working on emergency treatment for people with life-threatening allergies, termed anaphylaxis.
In an emergency, administering adrenaline is the most effective way to treat the symptoms of an anaphylactic reaction. The product most commonly used is the EpiPen, a large with adrenaline pre-filled auto-injector.
Bellum, a life-saver at hand, is a radically smaller auto-injector in the form of a smart-watch. Our vision is to change the way people perceive anaphylaxis treatment. Moving from an outdated bulky medical device towards a lifestyle product that saves lives.
Bellum is a team of two Monash University students in their final year, an honours and a PhD student.
We are looking to expand our network in line with current and future ventures.
