BioCurate is seeking to appoint a suitably experienced Senior Alliance Manager to further initiate, facilitate and build on current positive partnerships with Monash University and the University of Melbourne and other affiliates to continue to drive translation and commercialisation.
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, this is a key senior position that will be required to act as a conduit between BioCurate and the Shareholder Universities to demonstrate mutual value in collaboration whilst holding accountability for seamless process and project management and implementation of joint initiatives and goals.
The Senior Alliance Manager will achieve significant success through understanding multiple perspectives, reinforcing strategic priorities and gaining alignment whilst fostering and maintaining strong relationships and communication channels, driving agreed initiatives, demonstrating industry best practice and ensuring timely problem solving. This position will be required to negotiate and influence at the highest level, and will be required to proactively deliver advice and guidance on industry best practices.
The successful applicant will have significant industry experience working on large and multi-faceted projects in a number of organisations that required the successful delivery of high-level relationship building, key stakeholder management, negotiation and project management. An impressive record of accomplishment in senior alliance management at the C-suite level will be essential as well as an ability to provide evidence of tangible outcomes and successful, long-term working relationships in complex, multi-disciplinary environments.
A scientific qualification or experience in a complex and multidisciplinary technical environment will be highly desirable.
