From raw material to finished product, their analysis instruments refine measurements into information management that enables businesses to run intelligent data-driven productions with less waste and bigger yields.

The opportunity

Due to an internal promotion, our client is seeking a new Sales Coordinator. Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will be working in a small team in order management.  In addition, your remit includes:

  • Creation of preventative maintenance and service contracts for customers equipment
  • Management of inventory and sales processing
  • Management of invoicing for preventative maintenance and product sales
  • Stock transfers between warehouses and service engineers
  • Material master creation
  • Customer queries & support

The experience

An energetic professional is desired with the right attitude and behaviour that match our client’s business style and culture. Ideally, a minimum of 2-3 years’ experience within a similar administration role would be preferred, however for the ideal person, training will be provided. In addition, you will have experience in:

  • SAP and CRM skills e.g. Salesforce, NetSuite, ZOHO or other
  • Proficient in general computer and Microsoft Office packages (Outlook, Excel, Word).
  • Capable of communicating with all levels across the organisation, externally and internally.
  • Great customer service ethics.
  • Organized and structured.
  • Highly self-motivated and enthusiastic.
