Grow Program

The ARCS Grow Program addresses the well documented shortage of Clinical Research Associates (CRAs) in the clinical research sector. The Program uses a three-pronged approach to increase the skills in the sector. It provides valuable and essential knowledge to working CRAs, provides appropriate skills for supervisors of program participants, and delivers a competency framework based on international and national programs that will ensure the appropriate standards for CRAs are embedded in the Australian vocational training scheme.

• Enrolments for cohort 1 opened 30 June and closes on the 30 September 2022 (NSW)
• Enrolments for cohort 2 open 30 December and closes on the 31 March 2023 (Victoria)
