Communications Manager – Anatara Lifesciences Ltd

Successful applicant will work effectively with Anatara’s Board and Executive Team, to support Anatara’s communication with the investor community, collaborators and influencers, potential partners and consumers, and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Work with Anatara’s Board and the Executive Team to build strong relationships for them with a variety of corporate stakeholders.
  • Managing and creating new value from the smart use of digital tools, platforms, information, technologies, services, and processes to support Anatara’s vision
  • Developing, driving and executing digital marketing campaigns across web, email and social media
  • Manage website content and design to ensure delivery of clear and creative content
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chair, and Company Secretary regarding the Company’s continuous disclosure obligations in accordance with the continuous disclosure principles set by the ASX
  • Facilitating the development of communication materials (investor presentations, Q&A, scripts, key messages/talking points, earnings releases, statutory reporting etc.) in collaboration with the Executive Team in preparation for investor and analyst events, roadshows, conferences, one-on-one meetings, and announcements
  • Planning analyst and investor events
  • Planning and leading the annual report and half yearly report content and production process
  • Develop and maintain investor and analyst relationships; manage day to-day inquiries, ensuring that information provided is consistent and aligns to agreed messaging

Qualifications

  • Tertiary qualifications or equivalent work experience in marketing, communications or a related field
  • Prior experience in a similar role with minimum 3 years’ experience
  • Comfortable working in cross-functional, virtual teams
  • The ability to maintain confidentiality, exercise sound judgment and the highest level of discretion
  • An enthusiastic, team player and self-starter; you have an unwavering commitment to excellence and attention to detail
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, presentation skills and proven ability to interact with all stakeholders effectively and credibly
