The Australian Genome Research Facility Ltd (AGRF) was established in 1997 with the mission of providing high quality genomic services to the academic and industry research sectors. With facilities in Adelaide, Brisbane, Melbourne and Sydney, AGRF Ltd is Australia’s largest genomics service provider. We place a high value on quality and maintain accreditation to the internationally recognised ISO 17025:2005 quality standard as well as other regulatory licenses.

Services provided range from small to large-scale Sanger and next-generation sequencing, genotyping/SNP analysis, gene expression studies and nucleic acid extractions. Our services provide total solutions for genomic research and associated bioinformatics analysis.

The AGRF is unique because of the breadth of its activities. The AGRF provides high quality and highly efficient nucleic acid analysis services to academic, applied research and commercial markets spanning biomedicine, plant and animal science, microbiology, evolutionary biology and biodiversity.
