Victorian Clinical Trials – Gateway is a new digital portal for accessing clinical trial partners in Victoria.
St Vincents Hospital Melbourne and the Victorian Government’s Department of Economic Development, Jobs, Training and Resources (DEDJTR) are collaborating to create the Gateway website promoting Victoria’s extensive clinical trials capabilities and providing easy access to clinical trial partners.
Gateway’s key aim is to connect all Victoria’s clinical trial services and sites in one place – providing companies of all sizes, who are looking to conduct high quality clinical trials quickly and cost-effectively, with a simple one-stop-shop.
In addition the website will profile Victoria as a great destination for clinical trials and provide additional links and resources for those considering or in the process of setting up a trial.
Partner listings are now being sought from Victorian companies. There will be no cost for initial listing on the Gateway as this sector initiative has been fully funded by DEDJTR. Ongoing support of the Gateway will be on a cost recovery basis only from participants, and is estimated to be less than $200 per participant annually.
